Projects Overview<\/h2>

Over the years, BRPH has partnered with IM Solutions to provide the AV Technology design and engineering services for the following projects:<\/p>

Harris Technology Center<\/h3>

Design engineer partner for the building automated shade system as well as worked with key stakeholders to develop a customized wayfinding application.<\/p>

General Facility Overview:<\/strong> This 464,000sf glass window building is a state the art facility with 6,500sf conference center, 13,000sf of pre-function space, multiple conference rooms, and huddle spaces throughout the building.<\/p>

Building Automation:<\/strong> IM Solutions team was instrumental in coordinating the building automated shade system with daylight harvesting and the overall building automation system with BRPH. The IM Solutions team provided a unique solution for controlling the shades based on the sun\u2019s position, exterior conditions and interior occupant comfort. The engineering algorithms and programming provided by the team are user friendly to the Harris facilities staff and can be easily adjusted. The IM team provided an excellent solution for the complex operations when none could be found by recognized national manufacturers. Their solution provides optimum lighting and ease of operation and has saved significant HVAC loads and has reduced electrical consumption greatly.<\/p>

Customized Wayfinding Application:<\/strong> IM Solutions developed a customized wayfinding application for the Harris Technology Center. A wayfinding application is an electronic map that shows your location, helps you find your desired location via an animated route. This wayfinding application is displayed on interactive touchscreen kiosks located through the center to allow for easily navigation. You can also easily locate key facility landmarks such as entrances and exits, elevator, stairs, meeting rooms, emergency exits, the cafeteria, the fitness center and the application even allows you to find a specific employee office via integration with the company directory.<\/p>

Northrop Grumman Center of Excellence<\/h3>

BRPH partnered with IM Solutions to provide the AV Technology design and engineering services for the Northrop Grumman Center of Excellence. 2 Buildings \u2013 Over 600,000 sq ft. designed.<\/p>

As a designer partnered with IM Solutions, their work culture and commitment to the project was a contributing factor to the project success and we would highly recommend IM Solutions to prospective technology clients.<\/p>
