One booking fee gets you ALL of the spaces 

Agency and marketing team bookings including weekends and evenings are available in several time blocks which include load-in, production, and load-out:

• 8am-12pm (4hrs)

• 1pm-5pm (4hrs)

• 8am-5pm (9hrs)

• 6pm-10pm (4hrs)

On-site host for basic support for facility access, orientation, and minor help so your session stays on track - without paying for a crew you don’t need.

Lighting, microphones, furniture, props, backdrops, and more are included. Bring your camera(s) and you're all set.

Easy access with off-street parking, garage door at ground-level, and ADA accessibility throughout.

Kitchenette upgrade ($8 per person on location) includes hot & cold beverages and snacks when you want to elevate client meetings, workshops, or longer shoot days.
